Hello, and welcome to Lash Haus on the Left! My name is Brigett, and I’m the owner and operator of LHotL. I am a licensed esthetician, and have specialized in eyelash extensions for over 4 years! I am excited to bring eyelashes to my community of Huntsville! Please make sure you are reading and understanding all booking and service policies, as well as reading over the consent forms provided to you online. Cancellation Policy
I do require a 12 hour cancellation policy. 50% off the appointment will be charged for late cancellations or no-shows.
Appointments will be canceled and charged the no-show fee 15 minutes after the appointment time with no contact from the client.
This is to ensure I am compensated for the appointment time I am unable to book last minute.
Clients who’s card has been declined for the no show/late cancel fee will be banned from booking online, and a balance due will be added to the clients account. If Clint wishes to book again, they must pay balance and pay a non refundable deposit of 50% for the service. If a no show occurs again, the deposit will not be returned and a client will be banned from booking again.
